'We Have Won is a physical, dynamic and grounded piece, performed by a quartet of powerful females. It realises the conflict of competition between oneself and others and the drive to always succeed. Based on the Greek myth of Philidipedes, We Have Won pushes the limits of each individual to the point of exhaustion.

Accept. Start. Complete. Honour. Finish. End.'

- Grace Sellwood

This piece climaxes in a section of rhythmic endurance that required extensive practice to keep the right foreaarm capable of performing the guitar part.
